Apple fritters

These 3 ingredient quick and easy Apple Fritters are so simple to make and incredibly delicious. They require only yogurt, self raising flour and apples.  Everyone will be fighting for them.

Ingredients

  • 140g Greek Style Yogurt 

  • 160g self raising Flour 

  • 2 apples chopped small 

  • Optional Vanilla or cinnamon (I used vanilla mixed into the yogurt)

Instrustions

Mix the flour into the yogurt and stir in the chopped apple.

Split into bite size portions (I used half an ice cream scoop worth for each) cover with a towel while you heat the oil for frying or the airfyer) 

Fry for 4-5 minutes turning every minute or so.. drain on a kitchen towel and dust with icing sugar or add a glaze. I didn’t want them too sweet for my kids and you were able to really taste the apple.
